Nominations open for the Datacloud Awards 2018
Four new categories introduced to reflect the evolution of the data centre and cloud industry
Monaco/London, 8 November 2018 – Nominations are now open for the 11th Datacloud Awards, BroadGroup’s revered annual celebration of the best companies, individuals and technologies in data centre and cloud industry. Recognised as the defining accolade for the industry, the awards celebrate genuine inspiration, innovation and standards of excellence.
This year four new categories have been added to mirror the ever-changing dynamic of an industry that has empowered the use of data centre infrastructure and technology to improve the economy, the environment and society. Enterprise cloud adoption, excellence in corporate social responsibility - company of the year, excellence in data centre architecture and design and marketer of the year expand the awards to 19 categories, which will be presided over by an independent panel of 21 judges.

Simon, chairman of the Judges Panel commented: “The annual international Awards ceremony in the spectacular Monte Carlo location showcases the best standards and practice in global digital infrastructure. In the past we have attracted entries from some of the most talented individuals and organisations operating in the data centre and cloud sphere. To be recognised by our highly-respected judging panel as best-in-class in any one of the categories is a huge endorsement and achievement."

The gala evening will be held on 12th June 2018 in the breath-taking Salle des Etoiles at the legendary venue of Le Sporting Club in Monaco. A well-known celebrity host for the awards will be announced shortly.
