Philip Low

Mr Low has managed research projects on behalf of a range of clients internationally. Prior to founding BroadGroup, he was deputy managing director of The Phillips Group, and headed the consultancy practice. His current focus includes enabling companies to develop their marketing strategies in data services, wireless broadband pricing, market entry and internationalisation.

He has personally provided strategic advice to, and conducted analysis projects for, international operators in Europe and Asia and has managed projects won with PTOs, regulatory bodies and institutions including the DTI, ITU, European Commission and the ITU/World Bank.

He holds a BA (Hons) degree in International History and Politics from Leeds University, and is currently completing his dissertation for a masters degree in International Marketing at Strathclyde University Graduate Business School. He has authored two published works, Exchange: the role of online exchanges in wholesale telecommunications (October, 1999) and Pricing and Marketing Wireless Hotspots, (January 2003). He has particular experience of Asia including six years based in the region.
